Called early morning and now late in day. Calls, let ring a few times and hangs up, no messages

This number calls multiple times a day, when I answer there is no one there, if I try to call them back it rings once and then goes to a busy signal and they never leave a message.

No message left. They hang up when the machine comes on.

Wouldn't someone leave a message if they called you?

Lots of stange calls from this number. Happens way too much.

JP Morgan Chase called our Human Resources Department 4 times this morning, hanging up each time. The last time they called someone actually giggled in the background before hanging up. I called the phone number back and finally got through to a Manager named Mary who promised to remove our number from their call list. Either their technology is completely lacking, or their call center staff is blatantly rude. JP Morgan Chase is a somewhat respected company and this sort of a thing is a blemish on their professional reputation.
